Legal Analyst Junior position at Grupo UBEC supporting legal documentation and research under technical guidance. Collaborating with the legal team on various legal tasks and responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Support the analysis and organization of legal documents under the guidance of the technical team, ensuring adherence to established templates and guidelines.
Conduct research on legislation, doctrine and case law to support the preparation of legal opinions, analyses and internal statements, always under technical supervision.
Draft simple documents such as formal letters, deeds, declarations, notifications, powers of attorney and institutional responses, following scripts and templates previously validated by the Legal Department.
Monitor, manage and update legal management systems, ensuring deadlines for administrative and judicial matters are current and documents are properly organized.
Assist in responding to requests from internal units and departments, clarifying basic and recurring questions according to parameters defined by the Legal Department.
Organize and maintain physical and digital legal files, safeguarding the integrity and accuracy of the data.
Serve, when assigned, as a company representative (preposto) in administrative and judicial hearings, only in cases permitted by law and previously authorized, without providing technical or oral legal advocacy.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental processes by proposing operational adjustments that enhance efficiency.
Stay up to date on internal policies and legislation relevant to the education, tax, labor, civil and administrative areas.
Support the collection, analysis and organization of data and strategic documents for the preparation of institutional defenses and statements.
Liaise with notary offices, registry authorities, regulatory agencies and other external institutions, executing documentary and operational diligences as required by the department.
Prepare and submit monitoring reports on judicial and administrative cases, as well as regular status updates to department management, following technical guidance.
Perform other duties of a similar nature and level of complexity associated with the organizational environment.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Law
Relevant experience performing the activities of the role
Basic knowledge of Civil, Labor, Tax, Administrative and Education law
Familiarity with judicial and administrative procedures
Ability to analyze and interpret legal texts, contracts and legal documents
Knowledge of legal management systems (e.g., legal software, electronic case files, etc.)
Strong technical writing and written communication skills.
