About the role

  • Growth Sales Specialist responsible for driving pipeline creation and deal conversion at Sybrin IT software company. Focusing on outbound prospecting and early-stage deal ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify target accounts, buyer personas, and decision makers within priority industries
  • Execute outbound prospecting through calls, email and professional networking platforms
  • Qualify prospects through structured discovery covering business need, decision authority, budget and urgency
  • Lead early-stage solution discussions supported by pre-sales and technical teams
  • Progress and hand over larger or complex opportunities to Business Development Managers where required
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline with clear next steps and accurate forecasting
  • Maintain complete and up to date records of all activities, opportunities and deal stages in the CRM
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales and delivery teams to refine messaging and targeting

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Marketing IT or related field advantageous
  • 3-5 years’ experience in B2B sales, business development, or hybrid sales roles within an IT or software environment
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline, influence revenue, and close deals
  • Experience selling or engaging with customers in financial services, banking, payments, or regulated industries advantageous
