Responsibilities
Support in organizing, running and following up on internal seminars.
Assist with maintaining and further developing the intranet presence.
Create attractive, target-group-oriented presentations to showcase the Talent Development offerings.
Support the design and development of target-group-specific seminar packages.
Assist in managing and updating the Learning Management System (LMS).
Requirements
You are currently enrolled as a Bachelor’s or Master’s student and have at least one year of study remaining.
Ideally studying Business Administration with a focus on HR, Business Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a comparable degree program.
You have an interest in topics related to Talent/People Development.
Ideally, some initial experience in project work.
Proficient in common MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Quick to grasp new concepts, self-motivated, with a structured and quality-conscious approach to work.
Team player, reliable, committed and able to work independently.
