Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for all employee groups in the area of qualification and further training
  • Recording and analysis of training needs for targeted personnel development
  • Planning, organizing and coordinating internal and external training measures, including preparation and follow-up of training sessions
  • Designing and conducting standardized development discussions to support individual career paths
  • Administrative management, including master data maintenance and recording of training hours
