Senior Travel Consultant managing travel arrangements and support for Indian employees at Swiss Re. Collaborating on strategic travel initiatives and enhancing travel management systems.
Responsibilities
Manage and support travel arrangements for all Indian employees, provide booking support and guidance, assist in resolving complex travel issues with a customer-first approach
Support and coordinate visa applications for all Indian employees and provide corporate credit card support for our global workforce
Provide expert guidance on travel policies and procedures to employees across all levels of the organization
Contribute to strategic initiatives that improve our global travel program's efficiency and effectiveness and identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation
Collaborate on projects at both local and global levels to enhance our travel management systems and processes
Analyze travel data to generate meaningful insights and prepare structured reports that drive decision-making
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate travel management with knowledge of travel industry processes and supplier relationships
Demonstrated expertise in travel booking systems and technologies with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex travel scenarios
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and creating meaningful reports from travel metrics
Openness to developing the use of AI to improve travel experiences
Experience working in a global or multinational organization
Knowledge of travel expense management systems
Understanding of corporate credit card programs and administration
Experience in project management related to travel programs or services
Familiarity with travel risk management protocols and duty of care principles
