About the role

• Senior Social Consultant developing social media strategies for top entertainment brands. Collaborating with teams to ensure quality content delivery and brand alignment across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Social directive: You define how a brand should present itself on the relevant platforms and ensure the team implements this consistently.
• You are responsible for the quality of social output: you review content, provide feedback, and make sure nothing is published that is out of balance with platform logic, the current zeitgeist, and the brand's positioning.
• You also work hands-on: you understand the entire content cycle—from creative execution to analytical reporting—and can discuss it with our experts as an equal.
• Client consulting at senior level: you lead meetings with clarity and conviction, can justify decisions on professional grounds, and provide pushback when something doesn’t work according to social logic.
• Hand-in-hand with your social colleagues and other teams, you ensure that all disciplines pull in the same direction—without taking over their ownership.

Requirements

• You are genuinely chronically online: platforms, the zeitgeist, and trends are your natural environment, not just work.
• You have a strong sense of quality and enjoy giving clear, constructive feedback.
• You're used to working in complex structures: many stakeholders, high output, and a fast pace don't deter you.
• Experience with major brands that prioritize being social-first.
• Entertainment and pop culture are your thing—you understand how this space works on social and derive human insights from it.
• A basic understanding of Paid Social, creator marketing, and reporting helps you make informed assessments.
• At least 2 years of experience in social media and content creation for (large) brands, ideally at a next‑gen agency or independently as a content creator.
• Ideally you live in Hamburg or Berlin and are flexible when travel to shooting locations is required.
