Responsibilities
Management and execution of the calendar of sponsored and owned events
Contract management and negotiation with organizers and suppliers
Manage communication with agencies and lead teams during events
Oversee operations, from booth construction, giveaway and equipment logistics, and personnel care to project closeout
Uphold Swile’s positioning and brand attributes in the development of concepts, activations, and communications
Analyze performance and results, proposing improvements for future editions and events
Stakeholder management
Budget management with the finance team, including return on investment analysis
