Responsibilities
Assist with coordinating and scheduling new hire onboarding activities.
Prepare onboarding materials to ensure new hires have a smooth and positive experience.
Shadow HR leadership to learn and assist with competency matrices across teams.
Manage and update employee records in HRIS.
Ensure accuracy of personal information, benefits, and employment history.
Draft and prepare HR documents.
Contribute to policy development.
Organize employee engagement initiatives and solicit feedback.
Plan and execute various events, including team-building activities.
Assist in researching potential enhancements to employee benefits and wellness programs.
Provide support for entry-level or low-volume recruitment, such as posting roles, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Must be registered at a University.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Interest in learning HR best practices and working in a fast-paced environment.
Familiar with systems such as Google Drive, Slack, Zoom.
Bilingualism (French & English) is a must.
