About the role

  • Personalreferent managing apprentice development at Hundhausen-Gruppe with responsibilities across multiple locations. Supporting recruitment processes and organization of events in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting our junior staff (interns, apprentices, dual students and working students) at the Eisenach, Weida and Hilmersdorf (Erzg.) locations, based at the Weida site
  • Conducting regular development discussions with junior staff and serving as their main contact at the sites
  • Supporting the personnel selection process, from marketing activities to hiring, in cooperation with the Head of Talent Acquisition and management
  • Supporting department managers with employment-related correspondence
  • Organizing and conducting school visits, career fairs and information events
  • Communicating and collaborating with external organizations such as the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), Chamber of Crafts (HWK), intercompany training centres, vocational schools and universities
  • Further developing the junior staff program together with the Head of Apprenticeship
  • Providing organizational and administrative support to the Head of Talent Acquisition

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
  • Further training as a certified HR specialist (Personalfachkaufmann) or equivalent desirable
  • Trainer qualification (Ausbildereignung / AdA certificate)
  • Professional experience as an HR specialist with a focus on apprenticeships or junior staff, or in a comparable role, desirable
  • Basic knowledge of employment/labour law
  • Confident, friendly and open demeanour
  • Strong interest in (young) people and their development
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Independent and goal-oriented working style
  • Flexibility in working hours (including occasional weekend trade fairs)
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
