About the role

  • Customer Support Specialist at Swan, Europe's embedded banking specialist. Managing customer inquiries and improving operational processes in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage high volumes of customer requests via ticketing platform
  • Drive product evolution and identify automation opportunities
  • Ensure service excellence and meet SLAs and CSAT
  • Become an expert on specific operational flows
  • Spot recurring pain points and suggest product improvements
  • Use AI tools to increase efficiency

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Customer Support, Customer Success, or Operations role
  • Strong written communication skills (clarity, empathy, accuracy)
  • Experience with Zendesk strongly preferred
  • Comfort with technical products
  • Curiosity, proactiveness, and collaboration
  • Problem-solving approach
