Responsibilities
Manage prospecting funnel processes, acting as PMO/Agilist and maintaining end-to-end oversight of onboarding streams and customer education initiatives.
Monitor lead progression through the sales funnel and the qualification process, in partnership with commercial and technical teams.
Track and optimize the sales and prospecting funnel using agile methodologies and digital tools.
Monitor and analyze KPIs related to business excellence processes, producing reports to support decision-making.
Participate in marketing projects, driving schedules, meetings and alignment among involved areas.
Develop internal controls for the department and ensure the reliability of data shared with related teams.
Manage CRM tools, including rollout, segmentation, automation and customer data analysis.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Engineering or related fields.
Experience in project management, agile methodology and digital CRM tools.
Analytical skills, strategic vision and ability to work in dynamic environments.
Proactivity, adaptability and ease of working in multidisciplinary teams.
Advanced or fluent English for interaction with global stakeholders.
Preferred: prior experience in commercial expansion projects and process optimization.
