Responsibilities

Requirements
2-3 years of progressive leadership over multiple locations
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma
Bachelor's: Business Administration, Healthcare or related field
8 years recent relevant experience
Extensive knowledge of healthcare operations in a non-acute setting
Comprehensive knowledge of all applicable State, federal, state licensing and other local regulations
Background and ability to form relations with physicians and medical directors
Demonstrated leadership skills, including team building, and coaching/mentoring
Tactical and analytical thinking and planning skills
Ability to build and establish effective working partnerships
Verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle difficult circumstances and make sound business decisions
Organizational and time management skills
Demonstrates a customer service focus in all decisions and actions
