Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and internal documentation;
- Take care of the employee documentation cycle and managing documentation archive;
- Support employee onboarding and orientation;
- Coordinate employee benefits administration and answer benefit-related queries;
- Support Social Fund operations;
- Serve as a point of contact in regards to employee documentation and questions;
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies;
- Support the Site Lead in employee relations and resolving HR-related issues;
- Support Administration Team in other tasks assigned by the Site Lead related to employee experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Operations Specialist or in a similar HR role;
- Fluency in Polish and English;
- Experience in managing full operational cycle of employee data in medium/big size organization;
- Extended knowledge of Polish Employment Law;
- Experience in benefits data management;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
- A proactive, open-minded, detail-oriented, and approachable personality;
- Ability to work with delocalized and multinational teams.
