About the role

  • Conduct weekly client meetings to monitor implementations and improvements in HubSpot
  • Configure tasks and basic automations (workflows, forms, lists, and pipelines) in the Marketing, Sales, and Service modules
  • Provide technical support to clients, resolving questions and issues with a consultative approach
  • Maintain governance and organization of HubSpot accounts and databases
  • Support client education and training, promoting autonomy and best practices
  • Document learnings and propose continuous improvements in CRM operations.

Requirements

  • Prior experience with HubSpot, especially in the Marketing, Sales, and Service modules
  • Experience with CRM implementation, configuration, or governance
  • Basic knowledge of automations and workflows in HubSpot
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand client issues and propose appropriate solutions
