Responsibilities
Conduct weekly client meetings to monitor implementations and improvements in HubSpot
Configure tasks and basic automations (workflows, forms, lists, and pipelines) in the Marketing, Sales, and Service modules
Provide technical support to clients, resolving questions and issues with a consultative approach
Maintain governance and organization of HubSpot accounts and databases
Support client education and training, promoting autonomy and best practices
Document learnings and propose continuous improvements in CRM operations.
Requirements
Prior experience with HubSpot, especially in the Marketing, Sales, and Service modules
Experience with CRM implementation, configuration, or governance
Basic knowledge of automations and workflows in HubSpot
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to understand client issues and propose appropriate solutions
