Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex Excel-based reports using intermediate to advanced functions
- Adept at data discovery to identify and investigate data anomalies and generate insights

- Design and create visualization that effectively translates data into storytelling for clients
- Identify continuous improvement solutions to automate, consolidate, or discontinue processes, focusing on business value & efficiency
- Build robust documentation practices across all analytical products
- Comply fully with all privacy, confidentiality, and data security regulations
Requirements
- 1+ years’ experience in a Data Analyst or Performance Analyst role
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and VBA
- 1+ years’ experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Familiarity with SQL or Python
- Undergraduate degree is preferred or equivalent work experience in a related field may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required level of government security clearance
- Bilingualism (French, English) required for Quebec only
