About the role

  • Sustainability Reporting Manager at IVC Evidensia managing sustainability reporting and compliance processes. Collaborating across finance and sustainability teams to enhance reporting standards and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, document and maintain robust reporting processes and internal controls to ensure high‑quality, audit‑ready sustainability data.
  • Lead continuous improvements to reporting mechanisms across global markets.
  • Support the preparation of IVC Evidensia’s annual sustainability statement and disclosures in the Annual Report & Accounts.
  • Oversee the collection, validation and consolidation of sustainability data worldwide.
  • Contribute to risk assessments and modelling of sustainability‑related financial and operational impacts.
  • Support the external assurance process, liaising with auditors and internal stakeholders.
  • Track, interpret and translate emerging sustainability reporting standards (e.g., CSRD, ISSB) into actionable internal requirements.
  • Support senior leaders in developing the organisation’s positions on new regulations and exposure drafts.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for sustainability reporting queries across Finance, Sustainability, Legal, Procurement, HR and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with markets and specialist teams to define and deliver reporting requirements.
  • Support training and capability‑building to strengthen sustainability understanding across the organisation.

Requirements

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or relevant MSc.
  • 4+ years’ experience in finance, sustainability reporting, or audit within a large organisation.
  • Knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks (e.g., ESRS, CSRD, TCFD, ISSB).
  • A proactive, adaptable approach, thriving in a fast‑changing regulatory landscape.
  • Strong analytical, organisational and project management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex requirements.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to produce clear, concise reports.
