About the role
- Reporting Analyst I providing analytics on healthcare staffing and vendor management system fulfillment. Evaluating, designing, and building system reports to enhance client service.
Responsibilities
- Provide analytics on healthcare industry standards, AMN, and Associate Vendor/Vendor Management System fulfillment and pipeline efficiencies impacting client happiness
- Evaluate, design, build, and support all aspects of the development of system reports using Microsoft Windows platforms
- Run all scorecard and daily reports, and assist in running Vendor Management System /Associate Vendor reporting
- Complete data analysis for internal meetings
- Support the creation and validation of Client Quarterly Business Reviews
- Design and develop reports to be deployed across the Enterprise Reporting Applications
- Develop, improve, and detail the current reporting architecture
- Automate and visualize data out of Vendor Management System data marts; build interfaces to allow transparency and insight into the pipeline and fill rate for clients
- Collaborate with other IT/Development and Business groups to understand functionality, scalability, performance, security, and integration requirements
- Draft executive summaries, written reports, and presentations of findings as necessary
- Recommend and implement various presentations, internal or external
- Collaborate with the Sales Operations Reporting team to build out a 360-degree view of our Managed Service Provider customers
Requirements
- Associate's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 7-9 years of work experience
- Experience in development with Visual Basic 60
- Experience in crafting SQL Reporting Service reports
