Responsibilities
Support project management with organizational and administrative tasks related to documentation.
Coordinate information between internal departments, external customers and partners.
Manage master documents in Excel and SharePoint.
Optimize project documentation lists, standards and processes.
Conduct training on the use of the document management system.
Requirements
Completed vocational training in a technical or commercial field, or equivalent qualification.
Experience in documentation management or as a project assistant in an engineering environment.
Confident user of MS Office applications and document management software.
Proactive, structured and conscientious personality.
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
