About the role

  • Support project management with organizational and administrative tasks related to documentation.
  • Coordinate information between internal departments, external customers and partners.
  • Manage master documents in Excel and SharePoint.
  • Optimize project documentation lists, standards and processes.
  • Conduct training on the use of the document management system.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in a technical or commercial field, or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in documentation management or as a project assistant in an engineering environment.
  • Confident user of MS Office applications and document management software.
  • Proactive, structured and conscientious personality.
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
