About the role

  • Customer Success Manager at Sumax fostering client relationships and driving success in online marketing efforts. Managing onboarding, customer insights, and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Relationship management at the highest level: You build strong, long-term customer relationships and actively maintain them.
  • Driving success for our clients: With your deep understanding of our services (SEO, SEA, Content Marketing) and your analytical skills, you develop targeted measures that help our clients achieve sustainable success.
  • Proactive client support: You identify clients' potentials and challenges early and develop proactive solutions to ensure they get the maximum benefit from our services.
  • Onboarding & retention: You are responsible for the successful onboarding of new clients and continuously work to promote their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Performance monitoring and reporting: You keep an eye on your clients' KPIs, analyze results, and present achieved successes and optimization opportunities in regular reviews.
  • Optimizing customer retention: You develop measures for long-term customer retention and, with your market and client insight, are able to continuously identify and implement new opportunities to increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience in an agency (ideally in digital marketing or a similar consultative role)
  • Experience in online marketing preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus
  • Ability to present complex topics clearly and in a customer-oriented manner
  • Analytical mindset and ability to solve problems in a goal-oriented way
