About the role

  • Customer Success Manager enhancing client relationships while managing onboarding and retention for online marketing. Focused on SEO, SEA, and Client Satisfaction in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

  • Relationship management at the highest level: You build strong, long-term customer relationships and actively maintain them.
  • Driver of customer success: With your deep understanding of our services (SEO, SEA, Content Marketing) and your analytical skills, you develop targeted measures that help our clients achieve sustainable success.
  • Proactive account management: You identify clients' potential and challenges early and develop proactive solutions to ensure they gain the maximum benefit from our services.
  • Onboarding & retention: You are responsible for the successful onboarding of new clients and continually work to promote their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Performance monitoring and reporting: You keep an eye on clients' KPIs, analyze results, and present achieved successes and optimization opportunities in regular review meetings.
  • Optimization of customer retention: You develop measures for long-term client retention and, with your sense for market and customer needs, can repeatedly identify and implement new opportunities to increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience in an agency (ideally in digital marketing or a similar consulting role)
  • Experience in online marketing is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus
  • Ability to explain complex topics in a clear, customer-oriented way
  • Analytical mindset and a goal-oriented approach to problem solving
