About the role

  • Alliances & Partnerships Associate maximizing partner potential for cloud marketplace revenue platform. Engaging partners and driving lead generation through creative campaigns and relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of existing partners to increase their engagement
  • Work closely with partner sales teams to identify "white space" where Sugar can add value
  • Design and execute creative campaigns to drive partner-led referrals
  • Act as the bridge between partners and Sugar's internal sales team
  • Monitor partner health metrics and provide data-driven insights

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Development (SDR/BDR), Inside Sales, or Account Management
  • Experience managing relationships or "selling to the seller" is a major plus.
