Facilitate discussion with school and district leadership regarding resource reorganization in alignment with statewide education goals and policy changes.
Engage with district leaders and subject matter experts to support organizational planning strategies.
Provide direct testimony to VT legislature to inform major policy changes related to education finance, governance, and accountability.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in education, organizational development, business or public administration, continuous improvement, or related field AND four (4) years or more of experience in change management or organizational development that includes experience in the basic concepts of process improvement, strategic planning, organizational redesign, change management, and performance analysis.
OR Eight (8) years or more of experience in change management or organizational development that includes experience in the basic concepts of process improvement, strategic planning, organizational redesign, change management, and performance analysis.
