About the role

  • Regional Sales Manager for Inari Medical developing and managing sales operations in the DC, Maryland, Virginia region. Responsible for leading account managers and expanding customer base with strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage sales operations in the region
  • Contribute regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans
  • Maintain and expand customer base by leading account managers
  • Strategically recruit, onboard, and train account managers
  • Create an environment of collaboration, inspiration, and accountability
  • Provide regular communication with account managers
  • Responsible for key account, KOL, and faculty development
  • Evaluate new products or enhancements to devices
  • Represent company at various trade shows or educational meetings
  • Develop and disseminate information to internal executives regarding customer acceptance

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in medical device sales
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Leadership experience or demonstration of leadership in current role
  • Preferable, previous experience and/or knowledge with recruiting processes
