Responsibilities
Deliver responsive support to the sales team and customers by resolving product-related questions via phone, email, and in‑person interactions.
Develop and coordinate marketing assets—such as brochures, digital content, training materials, and product videos—to drive adoption of the Vocera platform.
Gather and communicate Voice of the Customer insights, partner with cross-functional teams, and contribute to new product development and product enhancements.
Collaborate with Operations, Medical, and Customer Service teams to monitor production capacity, manage product allocation during supply constraints, and communicate quality or service processes to sales representatives.
Support product trials, presentations, and installations as directed by the Brand Manager, and lead projects aligned with quality system requirements and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent education.
Minimum 0 years of professional experience (open to graduates).
Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, product support, customer marketing, or a related field preferred.
Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or technology sectors.
