About the role

  • Marketing Manager leading marketing initiatives for Qwoted’s expert and PR professional network. Managing social media presence and optimizing campaigns across various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow Qwoted’s social media presence across channels, with a focus on consistency, clarity, engagement, and brand voice
  • Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms including LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, Bluesky, Threads, and Reddit
  • Engage with users in comments, replies, and messages, and help build a positive, responsive, credible brand presence
  • Monitor trends, platform shifts, and cultural moments, and identify relevant opportunities for Qwoted to join the conversation
  • Maintain an organized content calendar and keep drafts, assets, and approvals moving forward
  • Support campaign activations by turning ideas into posts, threads, short-form copy, and community-led content
  • Encourage employee participation and support internal stakeholders with easy prompts and shareable content
  • Help identify and support partnerships with affiliates, creators, or aligned brands through outreach, coordination, and campaign support
  • Grow our marketplace by driving acquisition of experts and PR professionals and deepening relationships with existing users
  • Build and optimize lifecycle and CRM programs that support activation, retention, and free-to-paid conversion
  • Own and optimize email and social channels, working with contractors or specialists where needed
  • Take ownership of campaigns and projects from strategy through execution
  • Track, measure, and report on marketing performance, using insights to improve future strategy and testing
  • Collaborate with leadership to assess, prioritize, and execute marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather product updates, customer stories, company news, and expert insights to turn into marketing content
  • Improve day-to-day marketing processes for faster execution, cleaner handoffs, and stronger coverage across channels

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or digital marketing
  • A strong generalist marketer who can flex across channels and own campaigns end-to-end
  • Strong work ethic, initiative, and willingness to roll up your sleeves
  • Genuine excitement about social media, community engagement, and interacting with users in public-facing spaces
  • Strong writing skills and good judgment, especially for short-form copy and real-time responses
  • Experience with lifecycle or email marketing, social channels, and campaign execution
  • Familiarity with SEO, CRO, content planning, and digital marketing fundamentals
  • Ability to use data practically, understand what to measure, and explain results clearly
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and strong execution matters
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across departments while also executing independently
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to self-manage time and work independently
