About the role

  • Marketing Coordinator at Cruise Planners managing day-to-day marketing operations and communications with franchise advisors and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Independently field marketing questions and requests in the [email protected] inbox and respond promptly.
  • Review advisor ad grant submissions for brand compliance and eligibility and process their reimbursements.
  • Write and prepare Marketing Monday email to advisors with weekly marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare weekly presentation for CP Live broadcast, including marketing announcements.
  • Coordinate all collateral, promo items, convention and advertising deliverables for team needs.
  • Act as primary point of contact for Ansira partner agency and manage allocation of agent marketing funds.
  • Manage marketing job trafficking, including scheduling of project tasks and milestones.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Candidates must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
