About the role

  • Senior Product Marketing Analyst responsible for managing product portfolio and supporting new product development at Sherwin-Williams, a leader in paint and coatings industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the product portfolio, obsolescence, and phase-in/phase-out strategy for products.
  • Support new product projects by assisting in the execution of market research and testing, economic feasibility studies, positioning, packaging, pricing structure, and preparing internal documents for project approvals.
  • Support the development of marketing plans for product categories.
  • Propose solutions and ensure project progress and product category performance by monitoring costs and providing relevant information for decision-making.
  • Monitor launch performance through the development and analysis of performance indicators.
  • Participate in the development of technical materials to support the sales team.

Requirements

  • University degree completed in Chemistry, or any other higher education degree provided the candidate has Technical training in Chemistry (mandatory).
  • Languages: Advanced English (required), Intermediate Spanish (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the role.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the industrial protective coatings/paints segment.
