About the role

  • Manager of Product Marketing leading Trauma product portfolio strategy in UK and Northern Europe. Overseeing marketing execution and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve commercial success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the team owning the product and portfolio strategy
  • Translate marketing vision into action by guiding the team to break down and execute strategic plans
  • Coach the team on competitive landscape, market positioning, and key differentiators
  • Share market intelligence and ensure insights flow effectively across the team
  • Set smart pricing strategies, including contract pricing, to support commercial success
  • Strengthen brand equity by helping the team leverage the product and portfolio structure effectively
  • Apply strong financial acumen to support forecasting, planning, and decision-making
  • Define and drive KPIs that measure performance and help steer the business
  • Support high standards in analytics by guiding team members in data collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Lead, grow, and develop a team of professionals – hiring, coaching, setting expectations, and managing performance
  • Create a positive, growth-focused environment where people feel empowered to develop and succeed
  • Hold the team accountable for delivering high-quality, high-impact results with energy and commitment
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships, influencing and collaborating with teams across the organization to achieve shared business goals
  • Have direct marketing and product management responsibilities for certain markets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field)
  • 8+ years of professional experience
  • Excellent interpersonal communications and persuasion skills – with proficiency in English
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
  • Proven ability to influence in a matrix environment and manage geographically dispersed teams
  • Ability to manage time, stress, and conflict effectively; prioritize work and maintain confidentiality
  • Positive attitude towards changes and adaptability in dynamic environments
  • Strong commercial drive and business-oriented mindset
  • High cultural awareness, ethical standards, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Preferred: 5+ years of Marketing or Product Management experience
  • People management experience or demonstrated potential to grow into a leadership role
  • Experience mentoring others
  • Track record of managing complex interdivisional processes and policies
