About the role

  • Product Manager driving innovative energy solutions for Socomec North America, focusing on energy storage systems and power controls. Aligning product strategy with market needs for competitive offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market and technical information to develop product requirements and specifications.
  • Collaborate with R&D, technical sales, and project management to prioritize features and maintain product roadmaps.
  • Contribute to product strategies, pricing analysis, launch tactics, and commercial proposals.
  • Support sales by participating in customer discussions, developing technical documents, and presentations.
  • Guide and conduct market assessments, provide regulatory guidance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in product management, OEM partnerships, and product commercialization.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in UPS systems and power controls.
  • Experience in market analysis, product development, and technical sales support.
  • Deep knowledge of UPS systems, power controls, and related hardware.
  • Familiar with Datacenter Industry.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
