About the role

  • Customer Service Representative providing phone support for sales and healthcare inquiries. Handling customer interactions and collaborating on financial and service issues.

Responsibilities

  • Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
  • Engage, interact, and respond in a prompt, accurate, courteous manner
  • Process all work in accordance with relevant working practices
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with Corporate Accounts Receivable for collection payments

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and some holidays
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • SAP and GHX experience (preferred)
