About the role

  • Account Executive responsible for full cycle sales in SaaS company. Collaborating directly with the Founder/CEO to drive sales and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Active new customer acquisition (cold calling)
  • Converting new self-signups in the product (warm calling)
  • Discovery calls
  • Product demos
  • Qualifying leads and managing the entire sales funnel
  • Preparing proposals and negotiating through to close
  • Full closing responsibility for own deals
  • Close collaboration with the Founder/CEO on demos, pitches, pricing, and sales strategy
  • Maintaining and documenting all activities in the CRM
  • Ongoing market and customer feedback to product and management

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales with personal closing responsibility
  • You have independently managed deals through to closing
  • High self-motivation, strong result orientation, and self-organization
  • Ability to operate without extensive structures, playbooks, or heavy inbound
  • Excellent communication skills on the phone and in video calls
  • Very good German and English, both written and spoken
  • Bonus: You have built a sales team before and have worked through all classic sales roles yourself
