About the role

  • Technical Sales Representative at wenglor supporting clients in developing Industry 4.0 strategies. Identifying target sectors and customers while collaborating with the marketing department for international marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Identify target industries and key customers for new products through targeted activities
  • Establish contact with key accounts
  • Analyze customer requirements and evaluate them in cooperation with Product Management
  • Support the sales team with technical expertise
  • Participate in and organize product presentations, workshops and webinars
  • Conduct technical product training for our employees and customers
  • Define sales strategies and work closely with the Marketing department in planning and implementing international marketing activities

Requirements

  • Degree in engineering or technician qualification (m/f/d) in Automation Technology or an equivalent qualification
  • Experience in sales and in automation technology, with industry knowledge in factory automation and industrial machine vision (Machine Vision)
  • Excellent English skills
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
  • Drive, strong communication skills and initiative
