Sales Representative for Stryker’s Sage portfolio responsible for selling to hospitals and clinicians. Planning and directing strategy to support Stryker’s Mission and Values in the territory.
Responsibilities
Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the selling of products to hospitals and clinicians
Set strategy and tactical plans for the territory
Serve as a trusted partner to doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff
Educates and informs nurses, nursing leadership, and appropriate staff personnel as to the proper use and maintenance of Sage products
Directs product evaluations
Solves product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion
Managing and maintaining a sample of inventory of products
Maintain and protect the current base of business ensuring the current business is intact
Guarding major accounts and building and maintaining a strong working relationship in the territory
Grow sales to surpass the previous year’s growth
Develop Corporate Account and GPO sales activity
Weekly sales calls and feedback reports to the Regional Manager; provide various monthly, quarterly and annual reports as requested
Organize and plan utilizing Salesforce
Develop extensive product, competitor and market knowledge
Requirements
University Degree
3 + years outside sales experience
Degree in business with an emphasis in marketing OR a degree in a health-related discipline, science, or kinesiology
3+ years of experience in Medical Device Sales
Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations
