About the role

  • Growth Marketing role focused on developing strategies for acquisition and revenue optimization. Collaborating with commercial leadership to enhance lead quality and conversion in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Growth Marketing strategies focused on acquisition, activation, and revenue
  • Plan, run, and optimize performance campaigns (inbound, outbound support, paid media, partnerships, and automations)
  • Work side-by-side with the Commercial Director to build growth strategies
  • Integrate marketing and sales to improve lead quality and conversion
  • Support shortening the sales cycle through improvements in qualification and lead nurturing
  • Define and track funnel metrics and performance KPIs (CAC, CPL, LTV, ROI, conversions, and revenue)
  • Design, run, and analyze growth experiments and ongoing A/B tests
  • Validate hypotheses and iterate rapidly based on data
  • Support retention, repurchase, and account expansion together with the Farmer team
  • Map acquisition and conversion bottlenecks and implement practical fixes
  • Set up processes, routines, reports, and performance dashboards
  • Ensure marketing actions deliver real commercial impact, not just visibility

Requirements

  • Hands-on profile (executes, tests, measures, and adjusts)
  • Strong data and results orientation
  • Solid experience in performance marketing and growth funnel management
  • Close experience working with commercial/revenue teams
  • Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans
  • Experimentation mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
