About the role

  • Analista de Retenção Farming ensuring customer retention for clients at Stone by providing solutions and support in São Paulo. Responsible for identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Serve clients.
  • Identify opportunities and solution needs for the client's business, generating value.
  • Respond to customer requests and identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, negotiations and new business avenues to drive sales.
  • Identify potential issues clients may face and act to improve their performance.
  • Communicate with Product, Risk and Support teams to resolve issues, enable sales and implement new solutions.
