About the role

  • BCBA providing clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols for children with autism. Responsible for team communication, training, and management of client data in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of ABA to children with autism and related developmental disabilities
  • Educate and train new staff on professional and clinical skills as well as client protocols
  • Facilitate communication between all team members
  • Lead team meetings and manage client data
  • Ensure all team members have the necessary support, training, and materials to assist clients in reaching their full potential

Requirements

  • BCBA certification
  • Proven leadership abilities
  • Ability to interact well with children and their families
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work well independently and on a team
  • Physical ability, lifting up to 40lbs, squatting, kneeling, etc.
