About the role

  • Hybrid routine with in-person and online meetings
  • Establish contact with clients to offer appropriate credit solutions
  • Lead negotiations and build strong relationships with clients
  • Manage and grow the client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct business visits to prospect new clients and maintain relationships
  • Rigorously analyze clients' repayment capacity to ensure informed and secure credit decisions.

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of credit products and the financial sector
  • Experience in credit risk for loan approval and financial mathematics
  • Negotiation skills and portfolio management
  • Knowledge of the regional market and sales experience
  • Ability to interpret and apply credit policies clearly.
