About the role

  • Renewals Manager responsible for managing contract renewals and expansions at Kong. Contributing to the revenue growth in the Asia Pacific region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for contract renewals
  • Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a seamless renewal process
  • Identify expansion opportunities to generate additional revenue
  • Conduct account reviews and planning to forecast renewals accurately

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Development, or Account Management
  • Knowledge of open source, APIs, and/or infrastructure software is highly advantageous
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical skills to track and forecast renewal metrics
