About the role

  • Assistant Manager in Finance Data & Analytics Office managing data strategy alignment and operational demands. Collaborating across teams to implement change and improve customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Use AI-enabled tools and data analysis to identify root causes, surface improvement opportunities, and implement measurable, sustainable change through automation.
  • Act as the primary Front Door interface with Labs and delivery teams.
  • Assess incoming requests and initiatives through a strategic lens, considering platform priorities, data issues, dependencies, and organisational objectives.
  • Key lead in complex and cross lab requests.
  • Review customer satisfaction feedback and insight data.
  • Identify recurring themes, trends, and areas of concern or opportunity.
  • Communicate with clarity, confidence and structure, tailoring messages to different audiences.
  • Lead or facilitate lab surgeries, presenting work with clear business, data, and strategic context.
  • Collaborate across the team on activities and initiatives to develop our team culture.
