About the role

  • Main strategic partner providing customized credit solutions for entrepreneurs in the financial sector. Engaging with clients through hybrid routines while ensuring excellent service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Hybrid routine with in-person and online meetings
  • Establish contact with clients to offer appropriate credit solutions
  • Conduct negotiations and build strong relationships with clients
  • Manage and expand the client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct commercial visits to prospect new clients and maintain relationships
  • Rigorously analyze clients' ability to pay, ensuring informed and secure credit decisions

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of credit products and the financial sector
  • Experience in credit risk related to credit granting and financial mathematics
  • Negotiation skills and portfolio management
  • Knowledge of the regional market and sales experience
  • Ability to interpret and apply credit policies clearly
