Requirements
- Have an active portfolio of corporate clients (PJ)
- Prospect and develop corporate clients (PJ), expanding the commercial portfolio in the region of operation
- Sell financial products, with a focus on receivables financing (anticipation of receivables), working capital and structured operations via FIDC
- Manage, grow and retain the client portfolio, maintaining a consultative, close, and long-term relationship
- Prepare, present and negotiate proposals and commercial contracts, ensuring profitability, financial viability and adherence to internal policies
- Lead negotiations and strategic partnerships from prospecting to deal closing
- Conduct commercial visits and meetings with clients and partners, in person or remotely
- Analyze opportunities and financial transactions, assessing viability, risk and suitability for the client profile
- Define targets, commercial strategies and action plans for portfolio growth and fundraising in the FIDC segment
- Monitor targets, commercial performance indicators (KPIs) and client portfolio performance
- Prepare management reports with commercial results and performance indicators
- Monitor the financial market and competitors, identifying trends, opportunities and relevant practices in the FIDC segment
- Participate in industry events, trade shows and conferences for networking and market updates
- Work autonomously, result-oriented, focused on value creation and sustainable growth
- Collaborate with internal areas (finance, legal and operations), ensuring alignment, integration and efficiency in commercial processes
