Responsibilities

  • The FIDC Commercial Manager is responsible for leading the sales team
  • Develop commercial strategies to raise funds and retain clients in the FIDC segment
  • Prospect new business opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts and monitor the financial market
  • Prospect and develop corporate clients
  • Expand the commercial client portfolio within the region of operation
  • Commercialize financial products
  • Manage, grow and retain the client portfolio
  • Prepare, present and negotiate commercial proposals and contracts
  • Lead negotiations and strategic partnerships
  • Conduct client visits
  • Analyze financial opportunities and transactions
  • Define goals, commercial strategies and action plans
  • Monitor targets, commercial performance indicators (KPIs) and client portfolio performance
  • Prepare management reports with commercial results and performance indicators
  • Monitor the financial market and competitors
  • Participate in financial sector events, fairs and conferences
  • Collaborate with internal departments (finance, legal and operations)

Requirements

  • Experience in FIDC, receivables financing (invoice discounting/advances), credit or the financial market is desirable
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of FIDC, receivables financing, structured credit or the financial market
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration
  • Prior knowledge of the financial sector and commercial/sales experience
  • Established commercial relationships in the region is a plus
  • Proven experience in FIDCs, banks or credit cooperatives, with an active corporate client portfolio
  • Ability to develop and implement commercial strategies targeted at the financial sector
  • Knowledge of corporate finance and risk management
  • Analytical ability to understand financial transactions and portfolio management
