About the role

  • Gerente Comercial FIDC leading sales team and developing strategies for client acquisition at financial firm. Managing customer relationships and negotiating contracts in the financial market.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales team and develop commercial strategies to attract funding and retain clients in the FIDC segment.
  • Prospect new business, negotiate contracts and monitor the financial market.

Requirements

  • Maintain an active portfolio of corporate clients (Pessoa Jurídica - PJ) with established relationships and a proven ability to generate business in the financial market.
  • Have an active client base of corporate accounts (PJ).
  • Prospect and develop corporate clients, expanding the commercial portfolio within the region of operation.
  • Commercialize financial products with a focus on receivables financing (anticipation of receivables), working capital and structured transactions via FIDC.
  • Manage, grow and retain the client portfolio through consultative, close and long-term relationship management.
  • Prepare, present and negotiate commercial proposals and contracts, ensuring profitability, financial viability and compliance with internal policies.
  • Lead negotiations and strategic partnerships from prospecting through deal closing.
  • Conduct commercial visits and hold in-person or remote meetings with clients and partners.
  • Analyze financial opportunities and transactions, assessing viability, risk and suitability for the client’s profile.
  • Define targets, commercial strategies and action plans to grow the portfolio and raise resources in the FIDC segment.
  • Monitor targets, commercial performance indicators (KPIs) and client portfolio performance.
  • Prepare management reports with commercial results and performance indicators.
  • Monitor the financial market and competitors, identifying trends, opportunities and relevant practices within the FIDC segment.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows and conferences to network and stay updated on the market.
  • Work autonomously with a results-oriented mindset, focusing on value creation and sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (finance, legal and operations) to ensure alignment, integration and efficiency in commercial processes.
