About the role

  • Sales Manager leading the sales team for FIDC, focusing on client retention and new business development. Managing financial products and market analysis in Lages, SC.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales team
  • Develop commercial strategies to attract funding and retain clients in the FIDC segment
  • Prospect new business and negotiate contracts
  • Monitor the financial markets
  • Maintain a consultative, close, and long-term relationship with the client portfolio
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial proposals and contracts
  • Conduct sales visits and hold in-person or remote meetings with clients and partners
  • Analyze financial opportunities and transactions
  • Define targets, commercial strategies, and action plans to grow the portfolio
  • Track targets, commercial performance indicators, and client portfolio performance

Requirements

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of FIDC, receivables financing/discounting, structured credit, or financial markets
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Prior knowledge of the financial sector and proven commercial/sales experience
  • Proven experience in FIDCs, banks, or credit unions with an active portfolio of corporate clients (PJ)
  • Established commercial relationships in the region will be an advantage
  • Analytical ability to understand financial transactions and manage client portfolios
  • Preferred experience in FIDC, receivables financing/discounting, credit or financial markets; experience in B2B sales, SDR, or pre-sales is a plus
  • Ability to develop and implement commercial strategies targeted at the financial sector
  • Knowledge of corporate finance and risk management
