Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales team
  • Develop commercial strategies for capital raising and client retention
  • Prospect new business opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Monitor the financial market

Requirements

  • Maintain an active portfolio of corporate clients (PJ)
  • Prospect and develop corporate clients
  • Market and sell financial products
  • Manage, expand, and retain the client portfolio
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial proposals and contracts
  • Lead negotiations and strategic partnerships
  • Conduct client visits
  • Analyze financial opportunities and transactions
  • Define targets, commercial strategies, and action plans
  • Monitor targets and commercial performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Prepare management reports
  • Monitor the financial market and competitors
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and financial sector conferences
  • Work autonomously
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Legal, and Operations)
