About the role

  • Senior Recruiter hiring specialized talent for Stitch’s marketing technology teams. Lead recruitment efforts and build talent pipelines in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for 40+ high-priority, highly specialized roles each year across our sales and marketing technology consulting teams, consistently delivering top-tier talent who align with Stitch’s values and raise the bar.
  • Proactively build and nurture talent pipelines for key roles so we’re ready to hire before a need officially opens
  • Write and edit compelling, human job descriptions that reflect the Stitch voice
  • Source high-quality candidates using thoughtful, personalized outreach (including video messaging!)
  • Coach hiring managers and interviewers on how to run a consistent, engaging process
  • Host kickoff and debrief meetings and drive accountability across interview loops
  • Use AI tools and automation thoughtfully to speed up sourcing, nurture outreach, and scheduling
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects like interview training, talent brand storytelling, and onboarding process improvements
  • Be a thought partner to the Talent leadership team and help shape the future of the Talent function at Stitch

Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth technical and/or professional services organizations
  • Strong experience hiring for highly specialized and senior-level roles with nuance, discretion, and professionalism
  • The ability to absorb complex concepts and speak confidently with subject matter experts
  • Strong business acumen. You understand how the right hire impacts growth, revenue, and culture
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to zoom out, spot patterns, and improve systems
  • A people-first approach to hiring—you care deeply about candidate experience and inclusivity
  • Clear, compelling communication skills. You’re a natural storyteller!
  • Confidence with ATS platforms (we use Workable), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
  • High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and a bias for action
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
