Responsibilities
Build, coach, and elevate a team of 15–20 recruiters, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous growth
Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance outcomes, ensuring recruitment activity aligns with revenue and margin goals
Ensure best-in-class customer service standards for both clinicians and clients
Guide negotiation strategies that balance clinician satisfaction with organizational margin objectives
Partner with senior leadership on compensation models, processes, technology enhancements, and talent development
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and implement best practices across the recruitment function
Requirements
5+ years of leadership experience within the healthcare staffing industry
3–5 years leading diverse sales and/or recruitment teams
Experience working within a Salesforce ATS
Proven ability to drive consistent financial results
Passion for developing people and building high-performing teams
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Strategic mindset with execution focus
