Responsibilities
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, reference checks, and offer negotiation.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
At least 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (agency or in-house).
Experience hiring for both tech and non-tech roles preferred.
Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
Knowledge of sourcing tools, recruitment marketing, and employer branding is a plus.
