About the role

• Project Leader in TGA focusing on HLSK at STF Group. Responsible for project coordination and communication with stakeholders across various phases.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall project coordination and for implementing the client’s requirements
• Point of contact for project-related questions and active participation in project meetings
• Ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules, including project controlling and quality assurance

Requirements

• Professional experience in a similar role with a focus on building services (TGA)
• Ideally experienced across the trades (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary/plumbing)
• Degree in engineering—preferably with a focus on supply engineering or building services engineering OR state-certified technician or master craftsman in one of the H/ L/ S/ K trades
• Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in project leadership / project management / project coordination
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Proficient in common MS Office applications
