Responsibilities
- Project management of technical building services (TGA) with a focus on heating, ventilation, sanitary and air-conditioning (HLSK) within our STF Energy business unit
- Responsible for overall project coordination and implementing the requirements of the client(s)
- Primary contact for project-related inquiries and communication with clients and project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with budgets and schedules, and perform project controlling
- Quality assurance across projects
Requirements
- Professional experience in a similar role with a focus on technical building services (TGA)
- Experience across multiple trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary/plumbing, air conditioning)
- Degree in engineering or a state-certified technician/master qualification in one of the HLSK trades
- Several years of relevant professional experience in project management, project leadership or project coordination
- Respectful interpersonal approach and strong communication skills
- Proficient in common MS Office applications
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
- Valid work permit for Germany (for non-EU applicants)
